Grizzlies’ Jaylen Wells discharged from hospital after being stretchered off

Memphis Grizzlies starting guard Jaylen Wells left on a stretcher after the rookie made a fast-break dunk and landed hard on his head. He’s now out of the hospital with a broken wrist.
